The rooms were average. The beach was choked with mangroves and largely hard to access. We had a good time, but there are better choices, IMO. The landscaping and grounds of the resort were excellent. Walkways were clean. Facility was well maintained. All public bathrooms were clean. The staff was. Overall, I would not recommend this resort to people wanting a 5 star, all inclusive stay in Playa del Carmen. This resort is more suited to young families.
